U.S. National Whitewater Center (USNWC) released their initial lineup for the 2019 Tuck Fest held over the weekend of April 25-28. This years headliners include Tyler Childers, The Milk Carton Kids and J. Roddy Walston & The Business.
South Carolina native Marcus King and his band return to Charlotte with a 7pm Friday night set. Finishing up the initial lineup is Drew Holcomb & the Neighbors, Caamp, The Commonheart, Mo Lowda & The Humble, and Liz Cooper and The Stampedes.
Notable acts from Tuck Fest 2018 were rising jam act Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, The Infamous Stringdusters, Lettuce, and The Wood Brothers.
Tuck Fest is a multi-day festival that celebrates the outdoor lifestyle through competitions, exhibitions, demos, and live music at the USNWC, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The festival features a variety of outdoor competitions that include trail running, kayaking, biking, climbing, stand-up paddleboarding, obstacle, and adventure racing. In six years, Tuck Fest has grown from 14,000 attendees in 2013 to over 55,000 attendees in 2018. The name “Tuck Fest” comes from the Tuckaseegee Ford and Trail, a historical landmark located at the USNWC.
