Petra’s and Time2Fly Music have announced an official after party tonight following the Erykah Badu show at Bojangles’ Coliseum.

RC & The Gritz (Badu’s backing band) will move the party to Petra’s and will be joined by local legend and member of Prince’s last horn section Adrian Crutchfield.

The Gritz Band is more of an eclectic super-group than your average hip-hop band. Known by some as Erykah Badu’s band. Founded by Band Leader RC WIlliams in 2004, the group is made up of a diverse mix of musicians from across Texas and whose repertoire includes, R&B, Hip-Hop, and Soul Music.

Adrian Crutchfield has taken the world by storm in recent years, not only as the last sax player to perform and record with Prince, touring the world and being featured on Prince’s last three albums, but also touring domestically and internationally with acts such as Lionel Ritchie, Bette Midler, and Cee Lo Green — all the while writing and building his 2017 release titled ‘Leap’.

Tickets will be available at the door for $10 and will be a 21+ show.
