Asheville, NC based quintet DownTown Abby & The Echoes have had a whirlwind twelve months.

The soul/blues/southern rock band captured everyone’s attention by winning the FloydFest 19 On-The-Rise Competition, which earned them a slot playing this years FloydFest 2020 in July.  They’ve also been touring heavily having just finished a run of dates in Colorado opening for funk and soul titans The New Mastersounds.  DownTown Abby is also tapped to play the Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival and Mountain Music Festival in the coming months.

The busy touring schedule hasn’t stopped the band from writing and recording new material for an upcoming album that’s due on the spring of 2020.

They released the first single, “Roll With Me”, in December and today dropped their second single from the upcoming album, the extremely soulful and R&B tinged track, “Hold Me”.
